Way back in 2001, Shelley established Promise LAND Homes, Ltd. (Named after her sons - Luke And Neil, Daniel). She was an active investor, buying, selling, rehabbing, and renting homes. But now she acts as a silent investor, partnering with other real estate investors who find, rehabilitate and sell real estate.
